CMCArts, in St Croix, USVI, is hosting a series of workshops from July 5 - July 26 2024.
Join Angela's Pulse's Paloma McGregor (dancer/choreographer) NYC/STX and Nina Angela Mercer D/C (playwright, actor, activist) for Workshop 3 - on July 19 to explore Movement and Community Action.
This workshop culminates in a fusion of movement and community action. Through physical exercises and choreography, participants will embody their narratives and perspectives, transcending verbal communication to convey emotions and ideas physically. This session emphasizes the transformative potential of theater as a catalyst for social change and collective empowerment.
